Post Body

So my dad has been to see since 2007 my aunt submitted the will to go through probate my brother contested it because they listed no know heirs. I know I can sue the executor for not fulfilling thier duty's. The will states my three other brothers get nothing it's been so much time that the will is probly no good anymore and I'll probably have to split with other brothers who were willed nothing. Should u sue my aunt who is the executor and will I win? My aunt and uncle are actually listed as executors..... So can I sue each one individually?
