US Passport Renewal with Birthplace Discrepancy.

Post Body

Hello, hopefully this is this right place to ask but I’m applying for a U.S. passport renewal in the UK using Form DS-11. I was born in the U.S. and have a U.S. birth certificate, but my UK ID lists a different birthplace due to a parental error. My expired U.S. passport has a newborn photo, and I’ve never been to the U.S. since birth. Will the discrepancy between my documents cause an issue, and how should I address this during the application process.
