The heating in our apartment is constantly breaking. This happened a bit last year but that was maybe once or twice a month. Now it seems to happen every other day. My roommate and I have complained numerous times. The leasing office even gave us a space heater at one point when they couldn’t fix the heating. It’s gotten to the point where my dad (my parents pay my rent) has started calling in, to which he is always sent to voicemail, because he’s frustrated they’re still charging us in full for utilities (it’s a flat rate). Is there anything we can do to pressure the landlord into getting a more permanent fix to our problem? Thank you
