Family house sold FRAUDULENTLY
Post Body

Hey I need some advice MY FAMILY HOME WAS SOLD FRAUDULENTLY AND MY MOM AND SISTER IS AT RISK FOR BEING PUT ON THE STREETS. My mom is saying my aunt did a reversal deed on the house and somehow the taxes was doubled and the house was sold within a month. My great aunt passed away in 2013 and left the house to my mom, me and my sister as beneficiaries and we have been the only ones living there since then and the only ones maintaining the house. My aunt didn’t legally adopt my mom but my mom was literally like her child even in the obituary were listed as the left behind. My mom had to pay 2,500$ and when she went to pay the amount was 8,600$ and a lawyer contacted her about the house having a loan taken out of some sort and was given a month the pay the 8,600 to prevent it from being auctioned off. At this time the house is sold to the mans company but the was it was sold and handled was illegal and unfair. The money now has to be split down the family tree leaving my mom with 1,500 for a house she grew up and we grew up in, when my great aunt and uncle were sick my mom was the only one there to help them literally sacrificed a lot of our time with her for this family they was never there and now they get the money to a house they haven’t seen in 10 years????? How can we fix this. Sorry if the information seems everywhere this is all I know
