I'm being discriminated due to my gender. The supervisor treats me differently due to this. I spoke to the owner about this and he basically defended him but yet they randomly gave me a 2 dollar raise after I brought it up. I am not considered for promotions to higher position for the same reason, even though I have been there longer that others that have been promoted and I have 5 years experience doing my job. I don't know if there's anything I can do legally. And on top of that they go against everything in their handbook including nepotism and no diversity. But yet wanna throw the handbook at me. There's more to it but I'm more concerned about how I'm being treated. So I'm at lost what to do. I love my job and don't have a problem with any coworkers. I just wanted to be treated fair and equally.
