Underground parking garage, non specified spaces but limit put in on number of vehicles

about 4 months ago i moved into an apartment with an underground garage, and was told that between me and my girlfriend we had 4 parking spits which we use for each of our vehicles and my motorcycle. today i walked out and my bike was gone so i asked the manager about it and was told it was towed do to bring “in pieces”

when moving we had told the previous management that we were deciding between a house and an apartment; and the primary decider was that i wanted to be able to work on my truck and bike as the bike was in a storage unit previously; to which he told us that that was okay, they were super laid back, and people work on vehicles all the time in the garage and they don’t care.

the bike had a few of the body panels disconnected and sitting on top of it, but otherwise ran and could still be drivin missing them.

i checked the lease and found limited information about this except for:

-that’s e have 4 parking spots -that vehicles must be operable -and that a notice will be placed 72 hours before the vehicle is towed

i was looking at the bike last night and saw no notice, especially not a large orange one, and while i admit i could have missed it; i don’t feel like i did. i also don’t consider missing body panels “inoperable”.

what do i do? i barely have enough for rent and honestly if i can’t get this figured out i will just have to abandon the bike. it’s a 1994 gold wing that’s far from pristine, it doesn’t have much value besides sentimental.
