Can child support be paused if my child lives with me full time?
Post Body

My daughter (14) wants to move in with me full time next year and enroll in my city’s school for her sophomore year (Ohio). My wife and I are very excited for this but I don’t see why I should still pay my ex child support when I could put that money towards her first car since she’ll be getting her permit while living with me. Now, I don’t want any form of support from her, I just don’t want to struggle financially with the added expenses (school clothes, sports uniforms, etc). Can I request support be put on hold through CSEA? Should I contact a lawyer? I don’t expect any cooperation from my ex either.
