I live in Missouri And I live in a mobile park home. Management of the park gave me a termination of Tenancy through a lawyer. I have heard that Management wants to move in my house because it would be free rent and its the biggest place, with a beautiful lot segregated from everyone else. I've been here a year and a 1/2 and I've been a good tenant. All my rent had been paid on . I take care of the property. I have a few friends over. He seems to think I've got people living with me. My car broke down and had to borrow my daughter's car for a couple of months. He thought my daughter's car was somebody car that was living with me. He says he doesn't need A reason to kick me out because I'm in a month to month lease. It's a 30 day notice. However I found some information for mobile park home landlord -tennant standards and codes that may me a 120 days. I wanted to know if somebody would look at them ? I'm going to try to upload them.mo. landlord tenant Statutes
