Landlord Question About Them Entering
Post Flair (click to view more posts with a particular flair)
Post Body

I had gotten home to my apartment after work (time of writing this it is Friday) and I had a notice on my door about the manager(ment) of the apartment complex company doing an inspection of my apartment. The notice said they/someone from management will do an inspection of my unit the following Monday. I have severe OCD diagnosed by my psychiatrist and psychologist and am medicated for it and the related symptoms. Would me having been diagnosed with this type of mental illness be enough for me to not consent? I have to work the Monday of the inspection and I am 100% not comfortable with anyone entering my apartment when I am not there. The office will also be closed over the weekend so I have no way of discussing my dilemma and try to find a solution. I am in Missouri and I do not think we have a minimum time limit for when a landlord has to give notice, I'm not sure if that would impact anything.
