I should stop bulking. I am pretty sure I am over 15% , hopefully under 18%. I am so happy with my gains, I feel so much stronger have plenty of energy, drive, but my abs are pretty much gone when not flexing. I miss them :). for the last few days I've been telling myself is time to start cutting, but it feels so good to train hard, lots of volume and eat big. I do not want to be one of the guys on a perm bulk, but I just cannot find that trigger to start the cut. In the past I kicked off my cut with a 36h fast. Now, I just do not find the energy to break the habit of eating big in the evening. What is your strategy to start cutting?
eat tdee and do more cardio.
