Let me start off with this - I don't train in the morning. I have been trying to cut fat/weight, so I will take a burner in the morning and at 12pm I break my fast with a piece of fruit or some type of protein snack with little sugar or carbs. I eat a meal at 12:30pm, take a whey protein shake at 2-2:30pm and then train from 4-5pm. I eat dinner at 6-6:30pm. Making sure that once dinner is done, my calorie intake is done with for the day.
If I start supplementing with Juiced Aminos in the morning, or any kind of BCAAs not specifically Juiced Aminos, would it end my fast? I want to preserve as much muscle as I can.
