Is riot going to be telling us about what prestige skins are happening again?

Im debating on whether or not I want to get the lunar revel pass in january to save up for prestige points, but how could I know who im saving up for, riot fixed thst last year by letting us kmow if our favorite champs are getting one, will they do it again this time? Does anyone know
