Like it makes me so angry when teammates build it. I've seen some Sona's build it as their first item and I'm just like whats the point of building cdr if you dont have the mana regen to sustain your abilities?

and last game I was playing with a nami. She had 45% cdr so I said, "just for future reference, cdr is capped at 40%" well excuse me for trying to be helpful

and then I got accused of "flaming" and their excuse was "its so hard to build exactly 40%" No it isnt. It is if you build goddamn boots of lucidity. Like build a grail and then build a morellicon or build grail twin shadows ardent censor. Its like...for mages, I wish you would have built sorcerors shoes for the magic pen. Just because there are several cdr items in your champions recommended item list doesnt mean you buy them all. /rant

Like 15% is such a weird number unless you know you have 5% from runes/masteries or something.

tldr. boots of lucidity is the most stupid item (for mages) in league. plus it makes me rage when teammates build it
