What is the best version to experience The Orochi Saga?

Im playing the orochi collection on ps4 in a 4k tv and it looks like shit.
What is the best looking version of KOF 94-97? Mame? Neogeo?
Also, big bonus if they had the Arranged Ost and bonus story stuff. I'm playing mainly to experience the story of each character across the saga.
