I made a post in the ketogains thread about my 3 month progress. I can’t post pics in here so if you all could check out my other post in the other thread that would be helpful. It’s a recent post. I made some significant progress but I want to know how many calories I need to consume to maintain as much as possible. I’ve been eating between 1300-1500 calories so I went from 245 to 194 and I want to get down to 175 and be lean. What’s the recommended calorie intake to preserve that muscle mass. Ive been playing basketball like 2-3 times during the week (5 on 5 up and down the court) and on every other weekend I play rugby. I also lift weights 4 days during the week also. I feel like my calories aren’t enough but I’m not feeling fatigued, lightheaded or anything like that.
