Hey, all!

Wanted to start off and say what a great community to be part of. I’m a bit shy so hence my low post history but am on this subreddit everyday and have been inspire by so many stories. This group has changed my life. I’ve been on Keto for 1.5 months - over 20lbs lost!!! (I did cheat a small handful of times though).

Question: I’m having challenges reaching my calorie intake and protein intake. I’m usually between 1100 to 1300 calories daily. I’m doing IMF 16:8 or 18:6. I do Keto gains 5 by 5 with HIIT in between.

Is this calorie intake too low? I’m barely meeting my protein macros which are a struggle. I’m just not hungry or am only hungry after I work out however I work out late at night so don’t eat.

39, 5”9 SW: 221 CW: 196 GW: 155-160. Aiming to hit GW by end of September hopefully with some more muscle weight to boot.
