Tried ketamine for the first time about a month ago and bought waaaaay too much. I didn't realize that 2 grams was so much. I ended up getting into one k-hole, then taking bumps and lines here and there for about another week. I ended up throwing out some at the end because nearly a week straight of ketamine use is obviously way too much already and there was still a good amount left.
It has been a little over 3 weeks since I stopped/threw it out, and I still get pretty strong bouts of feeling empty/depressed/low energy.
I also usually smoke weed regularly; stopped doing that as well a little over a week ago, haven't drank this past week either. Still feeling pretty low a lot of the time.
I'm thinking that maybe my brain chemistry/seratonin/etc. got royally fucked doing such a wild binge for my first time (or in general really); and that's why I'm still feeling so bad; but is that the case?
Not sure if I should bite the bullet and contact a psychiatrist or something; starting to feel like this might be proper depression and not withdrawal or something like that. Curious what more regular users think.
Sorry to harsh the vibe lol. I'm sure this is a bummer of a post.
Edit: Also the k-hole wasn't really that fun for me. I just didn't know who I was or what was going on; more loopy than trippy/wild/fun like say mushrooms or something.
