So I arrive there around 5:45 and from the entrance the place is already aesthetically pleasing. I get my locker (which I like more than spa worlds lockers) and also pay for the Vip Golden Scrub Special. I get to the locker room and it’s pretty nice and clean (can describe if y’all want me to). After I remove all my clothing I had to the showers (which again I like this layout better than spa world), there were about maybe 6-8 showers. Now I walk in the pool area and once again my eyes are pleased by the aesthetics of the place. You can def tell it’s newer than spa world. There was 1 cold pool (super cold lol) got in once, there was 1 hot tub and a wet and dry sauna. The time frame I was there the crowd was a decent size maybe 15 guys. The space isn’t as big as spa world so that is a good enough amount in my opinion.
I really enjoyed my body scrub and deep tissue massage. Sun did an amazing job, that was my first time getting a body scrub. He was super professional and funny. Some reason the whole body scrub thing made me feel more comfortable with being nude publicly. That was my first time getting a deep tissue massage (always scared it would be too much pressure) but it was pretty good and didn’t hurt too bad. Sun made sure to ask if was I ok and was the amount of pressure fine. So I def recommend trying out the body scrub and massage and request Sun if you can.
I didn’t go into the poultice rooms because I was sorta on a time crunch (dinner plans with friends) but from what I saw they had two which Spa world has about 7.
But overall I feel like I had a great experience and I’d definitely will be back there for a body scrub at-least once a month lol. If you want me to describe something in more detail just comment below. I didn’t want to make this review too long.
