[Suggestion] Remove buddy rallies, add an old-rally-style like spawn to APC's.

Post Body

I've been thinking about ways to heavily incentivize using APC's properly in infantry squads like APC's. And I think that apart from the obvious letting the lead crewman not have a debuff on placing rallies, and removing crewman requirement for APC's again I believe that letting APC's have some sort of a set number of respawns on it that has to be rearmed at main would make gameplay really interesting and really realistic.

The other thing is, all of us squad leads use buddy rallies all the time, and we know they're detrimental to the game.

Longer unnecessary description of how it would work:

Basically, it would be sort of a mix between the Planetside 2 Sunderer (or post scriptum MSV) mechanic and the old-style rally that was capped to number of spawns. If the APC or IFV is sitting still then the driver (or commander) could activate an ability that allows it to spawn a max of 12 or so people from the squad behind the APC/IFV (preferably the squad, but it might work as a team spawn, too). Maybe even without a spawn timer. To use this ability again you then have to rearm it at main.

I get that it's a bit abstracted, but buddy rallies are far more abstracted, and frankly detrimental. This solution would heavily incentivze using APC's semi-properly and allow for the removal of the damn buddy rallies.

Edit: I just realized that having the squad spawn *in* the APC might be a better plan, but basically the same idea.
