I just need a second opinion about an interview.

I just had an interview and the interviewer had a lot of weird things. Some stuff I can't say because I don't know if they're on here. But they were talking crap about current and even previous employees. This is a huge red flag. Right? I mean I'm desperate for work, but this is a huge red flag, right?
I tried googling to ease my mind and most was about employee red flags.
I should dodge this bullet.
