How to tell if I’m blacklisted? What’s on my background idk about? How do I figure this out?

So I’m well qualified and experienced in the job specifically I apply for, a lot of time over qualified (Sales). I am a top performer, everyday of the week. My last employer let me go after an internal investigation for violated company policy. It was all over the customer backstabbing me to get to the owner for a better deal. I can’t rack my brain around this companies passing on my applications, it’s mind blowing to me. I wanna know how to fix this. Houston Tx Marketplace
