'17 Jetta SE infotainment system will not stay off??
Post Body

I'm new to vw and I have researched and called and I cant find out anything. I just bought this 2017 jetta. The infotainment system will not let me press any of the on screen buttons. I hit them the screen goes black like its changing screen and keeps going back to the same page it was on. It wont stay off when I get out of the car. After about 60 seconds it turns back on. I tried doing the reset (holding power button down) disconnect the battery and even the radio itself. And nothing. I'm not sure what else to try to even do. Does anyone have any suggestions at all? I dont have money to buy a new radio.

5c0035200b is the part number if that helps.
