Following on from the clever Crackiest LSH Theory below, what is your Crackiest Jaime or Brienne mid to endgame theory?
I have a particular fondness for the Jaime as leader of the brotherhood eg. As set out here. It has his positive actions in the Riverlands, the mercy shown the the Riverrun soldiers, his kindness to Pia (who has likely spoken to the women working for the Brotherhood, like Hildy) and the respectful way he treated Tytos Blackwood, actually mean something (albeit the baby in a trebuchet is still an issue, but Tom O’Sevens may see the bigger picture).
I could see him fulfilling Beric’s role on the show and eventually bringing the Brotherhood north to the wall, where, of course, he and Brienne fight the Others together with their Valyrian swords (and then live happily ever after...).
I don’t think there is any chance it’ll happen, but that’s why it’s a crack theory. What’s yours?
