[Discussion] Does anyone have an issue with receiving MMS texts after jailbreak?

Post Body

I have an issue that has been plaguing me for a long time now. I am a Medic and have a program at home on my computer that sends me text messages of the emergency calls that I receive. I have AT&T iPhone-5S running JB iOS-9.0.2 and I use my phone's MMS address since I can create a Contact and assign a particular ringtone when I receive it; If I use the SMS address for some reason I get a strange sequential long number that I believe AT&T automatically assigns with their SMSC to regular SMS texts. Now I can SEND an MMS from my phone no problem but intermittently can't receive MMS to my phone. Usually I can receive but lately it randomly stops and then all a sudden after like 12/13 hours my phone gets like 50 MMS at once like the system is catching up...

I have tried rebooting into Safe Mode, and resetting Network Settings, trying different APN settings, nothing works... Strangely, if I take my SIM card out of my I-5S and put it into my old I-5 I don't use anymore it miraculously receives my MMS with no problem, so it's leading me to believe it's a tweak that's somehow interfering, but I have tried uninstalling all my tweaks and it doesn't solve the issue... Does anyone else have this problem? I'm at my wits end trying to figure this out! Thanks! And sorry for the long-winded post but I wanted to cover all your questions in 1 post...
