Details about device: I have an iPhone 4 that's running iOS 7.1.2.

The Problem: I'm attempting to jailbreak for the first time, but when I try using Pangu 7.1-7.1.2, it's stuck saying "Loading resources,please wait .." and won't allow me to click "Jailbreak" in the Pangu app on my computer.

What I've tried so far: So far, I've followed all of the directions on this page. I backed up my device and did a factory reset (someone on YouTube said that the problem is caused by updating my iOS over WiFi rather than on my computer), then I loaded the backup and tried running Pangu again, but it gives me the same message.

Is there anything I could be doing wrong? I'd like to be able to jailbreak using Pangu without downgrading my iOS, is there any way I could do that?

edit: I forgot to mention that I also tried running as administrator and that didn't work either.

Update: I used Pangu 1.0 and got it to install, thanks for the help!
