I’m looking for an interface to use with my iPad Pro (2021 11” M1) and I’m wondering if anyone has any experience with the Zoom AMS 44 and whether it works like a 4 channel interface with the iPad?

Mainly looking for four line inputs to use with my hardware synths and I’ve boiled down my choices to the Motu M6 or this, while the former seems to be class compliant, I cannot find much info about the Zoom unit. The difference in price is pretty massive so if the Zoom works for me, it’ll be great!

Please don’t suggest the Focusrite 4/8/18 or Motu M2/4; I don’t exactly need mic pres and I’d prefer if all my four inputs were on the same side of the interface.
