iPhone 11 Pro Max camera question

I’ve noticed when I zoom on my IP 11 PM that the camera wobbles. I don’t know if it’s a lens issue or if the camera is trying to focus. Even with photos. On 2x and up. Asked my wife to use her iPhone 13 Pro Max camera and her phone is much smoother. Just asking cause it’s hard to get a clear shot sometimes.
