I exist in this world as an introvert that has social anxiety. I might also just not like people, which is something Iām learning about myself as I get older. I grew up with no friends and have been alone for the majority of my life. Iām noticing that my low self esteem is making it hard for me to get respect at work. How do I be direct? It may sound like a simple question, but I really want to know how those in a similar position as mine find it in them to stand up for themselves.
Any advice would help!
