Panic Attacks
Post Body

Hi parents! I’m going to try and format this as best as possible.

I have a really nice job, which I love, and I’m a genuine member of the team and my boss and coworkers appreciate me. I’ve been having a lot of panic attacks recently due to out of work stress, that are becoming closer together and more frequent. My friends have suggested smoking pot, but that’s not my style. I’ve also stopped drinking alcohol completely in an effort to get my life on track more.

Here’s the issue: I’m at the point where I cannot function. I have been sat in a room since I got home, and as soon as I got into bed, I had another one. I’m not a harm to myself, but would I be able to go to a hospital to get help for these panic attacks? I’m at my wits end and I don’t think I can keep going at this rate. I was medicated in the past, but I’m not at the moment due to not taking time off work to see a doctor.

What are my options here? I can’t calm down from the really bad ones, and it feels like I’m slowly losing my sanity.
