7
1 week into IF
Post Body

Today marks day 7 of IF for me. I've never tried anything like this before, but being a little crazy, I decided to go all in. I am doing OMAD, I eat one meal around 8pm. I am 31M. I've always eaten every few hours. I would eat fruits or something similar instead of junk food, but I would not lose any weight. I have also added walking more. Since the pandemic started I have only been to the gym a few times and not consistent enough to make any progress.

The first day was relatively easy to manage,  i made it through the whole day without really feeling hungry. The following two days were tough with my stomach protesting and having hunger pains for most of the day. I tried drinking water, It did have a momentary effect but also caused me to feel a little sick.

The following days were not as tough, my stomach had calmed down and I began trying to figure out how much food I should be eating now that i am only eating one meal a day. I am still trying eat healthy meals, I roasted turkey legs and vegetables one day and made beef stew another. But I did have a Wendy's burger and went to a BBQ restaurant and ate too much food. My stomach seems to be more delicate now that I have been IF, a few times I had to use the bathroom shortly after eating my meal.

I started this week at 404.2LB and ended it at 393.2LB. This 11 pounds are the most that I have lost in one week. I am encouraged by these results and plan to continue IF. I will try posting updates periodically.
