I just received a delivery and I have most of my items but a good number of stuff is missing. I’ve been on the app refreshing to be able to see my past order but this most recent order won’t show up despite it usually popping up in my past orders list pretty quickly, and I also can’t seem to do anything to report an issue since the confirmation email has a broken link that just redirects to the app and nothing happens. The delivery summary clearly states I received all items with only one product replacement.
I’m giving the benefit of the doubt that my shopper just couldn’t find my items and didn’t properly notify through the app or that they may have mixed up bags while doing multiple batch runs but I also can’t shake the feeling that I might’ve been stolen from.
Does it make any difference if I’ve already rated their service quality before figuring out this error? Could it be possible they would go back to the store to get the items because they ran out of space or some other reason? Would contacting Instacart directly help to solve this issue or are there better alternatives to resolving this?
