I take 3x 7.5mg a night. Only prescribed 2x 7.5 but 2 doesn't work. 3 always puts me to sleep.

This gets me in trouble with my doctor's because I'm always asking for early refills, but they don't listen when I tell them 3 is what works.

Am I the only one? Am i crazy!? I've been on it a long time. 10-15 years, 8 years consistently.

Recently I've been prescribed attivan to help me sleep a couple of nights a week, so my tolerance to zopiclone doesn't build up. But I'm going through a seperation and i miss my kids a lot, attivan hasn't really helped me sleep like zopiclone.

I cannot take antidepressants like Trazodone without serious side effects. Without a sleeping aid I don't sleep at all.
