For the past few days my sleep has been so bad. not just struggling to fall asleep but i feel like my sleep isnt that good either. it feels like i didnt sleep at all even tho i clearly did. I’ve always struggled with insomnia so im used to it but the past 2-3 days has felt so bad for some reason. my sleep schedule was actually pretty food for a while before so. i have pretty bad anxiety so i understand why its hard for me to sleep but idk these past like 3 days its been so hard to fall asleep it scares me. I took melatonin and it helped but barely. i think my anxiety is just getting worse n i need to get therapy or something.
