Reaching out….
Post Body

With my occupation I never get home from work before 9pm, usually around 10pm, once I get home, shower and wind down it’s about 12am/midnight, which I’m fine with I’ve always gone to bed around this time as I’ve been in the same career for 10 years. I would then fall asleep around midnight wake up around 8 and it’d always be fine, but lately I can’t ever sleep until early hours around 4/5 in the morning I’m still tossing and turning, I take magnesium which helped at first but now they do nothing my life is being extremely effected by this I don’t wake up until 12pm which I understand is fine if I’m not sleeping till 4/5 but I feel like I’m wasting my days I’ve been like this now for about 2 months and don’t know how to break the cycle, is there any remedies or any techniques I can use to fall asleep? I was even thinking no tv after work just read a book or something but idk. Help an exhausted guy out
