Am I the only one who struggles to sleep?

Usually I spend and average of 25-60 minutes in bed before I sleep. And sometimes I can't sleep because my brain is too active thinking about something. I know I'm to blame most of the time when I have too high pulse and don't keep myself well feed with warm food and burn at least x amount of callories that day, but that doesn't change the fact that I'm a really sensitive sleeper.
I wonder if this is a common trait about INFPs, one guy(Identified as INFP) told me that INFP's are sensitive to almost anything, which I think is true for me personally.
