A story that takes place less than a year after infamous 2, with the main character being Hank. It would open up with Hank awakening, and pulling himself out of some rubble, being heavily injured. He looks overhead to see cole fighting the beast in New Marais. The tutorial is him trying to get out of the battle with his new powers. A month later he is more use to his powers, and him and Zeke eventually run into each other, Zeke in a rut due to losing his best friend. Zeke is amazed to find another conduit, and assumes when he fixed the RFI he didn't fix it fully. Zeke sees Hank as the second coming of Cole, and tries to show him the ropes of being a conduit, but is eventually disappointed by his, at best, shady morals. I don't have a good idea for who the villian would be, maybe another Beast awoken conduit, or maybe the DUP as they are just starting to gain legitimacy. The name I have in mind is something like Smoking Gun.
