Craigslist post with more details and pictures.

I've had it posted on craigslist, and received somewhere in the market of 30 responses, but zero follow-up. I'm moving in 11 days and was really hoping to sublet the apartment. If you know anyone looking, please let them know! It's a nice 1bed/1bath 770sqft first-floor unit in a gated complex, the rent is reasonable ($713/month), washer/dryer in unit, my deposit would carry over and rent is paid through October. The lease would be for 11 more months. Application is only $25, and all paperwork would be done through the leasing office.

The price is about $100/month under other 1-bedroom apartments in the complex. I'd be happy to show it to you in person and/or provide more pictures of it currently furnished, though I am in the packing process so it's a little messy.

I hate to post here, but I'm running out of ideas, and already had to put down money on a new place, and am paying a good bit of money for the move, and can't afford to continue rent or the lease-break fees.
