So I made a new account to create a new room for users below 18. Why do I have to pay for a chatroom slot now?

So I used to have a room but since I turned 18 it lost popularity because minors could not go in the room anymore. I decided I would create a new account and create a new room so I could have my old friends go in and hang out. On the old account I got one chatroom slot for free, but on the new account I have to purchase a chatroom slot? What the heck IMVU? This pisses me off. Sorry this was more of a rant, but do any of you have a suggestion for this?
