AskScience needs a sticky/header that can include links as well as text.

I'm certain it's been suggested previously, but I'm going to suggest it again to press the point. Given the nature of our reddit, we need to be able to provide easily accessible links to a couple of places from the header of the page, and not just the sidebar. We have a CSS hack in place, but it's really inefficient, and doesn't always render correctly.
