Apologies if this post is a little controversial for here but im sure there's a ton of people in r/ibs who consume cannabis and might know something about this.

Do any other ibs sufferers have issues with edibles not working for them?

Me and my sister both have ibs and both of us feel basically nothing on edibles. I took a 100mg edible the other night and ...nothing. This isnt a tolerance thing. A 100mg edible will make even your biggest stoner feel something at least and will knock most people on their ass.

My research shows me that some people have an issue with metabolizing thc through digestion and was wondering if there might be a correlation between ibs and this phenomenon.
