AC ran for 3 days straight at 50 degrees and now unit isn't pumping out cool air...

The thermostat broke in my rental unit and I could not turn the AC off or change the temperature. Instead of turning off power to the HVAC, I just let it run because I needed the house to stay cool for the cleaning crew. It's hot here and I wanted them to be comfortable while working.

On day 4, I came in townhome and the unit was still running, air was blowing through the vents but the air wasn't cool. When I went outside to the Goodman compressor, the fan wasn't turning.

Could letting the unit run for 3 days straight have caused something to malfunction? What likely happened? Where could the problem be coming from?

UPDATE: 6/20/22

Replaced thermostat with same model but a functioning unit (roaches damaged the old one). Compressor turns on, fan spins, air flows, but it's still not cool...
