Hello, before his stroke my father was wise enough to add an ac coil to a forced air furnace for future central air hook up.
I am now sanding his 1180 sq ft cottage to bare cedar and want to add an AC platform and condenser outside and run line sets, so I can have a hvac tech come an hook up the existing system.
There is already a 220/240v breaker and electrical line run to the exterior location. It is just capped wires in a box. Obviously Iβd need to update this to a shutoff.
The current ac coil unit is
MODEL: EM1P24BG - 1
Any help telling me an current condenser model and what lineset kit to order to route it myself so they can just come and hook it up would be amazing. Itβs about 25-30β of linear run across the furnace loft, and down the siding to the platform .
Thanks in advance.
