As an HSP, I’m super super sensitive to sound and other sensory things. So that’s why I was so dang annoyed to get a new next door neighbor who is noisy. He kept me up last night with his muffled snoring through the wall. I’m gonna have to rearrange my room so my bed is not facing the same wall as him. And will have to rely on my white noise to sleep probably every night. I just recently started to develop a healthier relationship with sleep and I’m so worried this will screw it all up. I’m trying not to get worked out about these things that I can’t control. It just sucks and I really really value my alone time and silence.
