Coping with physical health issues

Hi HSP friends. Would love some support/advice. Iām going through an infection and feeling really anxious and afraid. I think it could have been my fault which caused it, which makes me feel worse. I just started meds and am trying to be patient while they work. How do other HSPs cope when they are sick/physical health issues?
