[M4R] 39M roommate in Katy

Looking for a roommate on the west side. I have a well trained dog (Australian shepherd) and I have my kids every other weekend. I am clean, I’m a handyman with tools. I mind my business and would probably spend most of my time in my room except when I’m with my kids. I don’t spend a lot of time at home, unless I am working from home. I don’t party and would only invite close friends. I do 420 but I can compromise or not do it all if it’s a deal breaker. I can pay 2-3 months in advanced.
I don’t think I want a house all to myself and I would like a backyard for my dog and kids to enjoy. Thanks for any suggestions!
