There's that one prostitute girl that has pustules on her body and when people suck on it, it makes them immune to the disease. She thinks she's blessed by God, because they don't understand medecine. Her and doctor lady have a thing.

Meanwhile, village people start unburring the deads and eating parts of their body or something, thinking it will keep the disease away.

Spoiler territory: there's a child that is actually the son of the prostitute and I think the movie/show ends on him killing her or something?
