Money is no object what are you doing?

I sometimes like to blue sky things and think about if different limitations were no object like money time physical space. So Iām curious for all of you in the Home Assistant community, what would your setup look like. Go wide with it. Are you new construction or taking an existing house down to its studs? What rooms are you going to have? (Home theatre, game room, library, tiki room) Pulling copper or fiber everywhere? Hardwire dimming? Wireless? What would your network look like? What automations would you plan to use and what hardware would you plan to achieve those automations?
