HELP! MOVED HOMES WITH HA GREEN

Good Evening y'all! I thought I was tech savvy until I started messing with Home assistant. I bought HA green last November and just moved. Brand new home, brand new ISP, new internet name and password, etc. I plugged in HA green to my router but can't get into my http://homeassistant.local.8123 site. I honestly didn't even really have anything set up on my HA dashboard. Didn't get too far into working with it except plugging it in and getting it established with whatever it found on my network.

What do i do? how do i fix this?
