New player; Want help

I am a new player and I mostly play against the A.I. for now. I feel like I'm learning stuff and getting better with some heroes - Butcher and Sylvannas being my current favorites - but I really don't understand a lot of things still. What I want to ask is if there's some sort of a guide to analyzing enemy team composition and some general strategy during the game. Just basically a wholesome guide to get from a Complete Noob level to basically some sort of a Beginner level
