Convincing yourself you don’t want your ex?
Post Body

One thing that I’ve been having trouble a lot with recently is understanding whether or not I want to be with my ex. Is it healthy to straight up convince myself I don’t want to be with them? I don’t know if I want to be with them, but I do know I might be able to convince myself I don’t.

Would it be better to instead understand what I want and if I do realize I want her, to grieve the loss? Because either way, we won’t be getting back together. I just want to approach the breakup from the healthiest perspective possible.
